What brought about the emergence of Trick Nation was an
agreement that the underground movement that is "martial
arts tricking" and it's subculture needed to be recognized
by the public and respected as a legitimate profession and
sport.
Over the past ten years or more martial arts tricking has
been seen in many different venues, but has never been
recognized for what it really is. What we at Trick Nation
hope to accomplish is to help those who are truly pushing
the sport get their accolades, and of course popularize the
sport to the point that it is recognized in mainstream
culture.
